No. You will need iFoodDS’ FSMA 204 Core solution or another internal or third-party solution that provides similar capabilities for your operation to comply with FSMA 204. The FSMA 204 Core solution allows for sharing data with an unlimited number of customers. Note that your customer may only require its suppliers to purchase a Data Link and it will be up to you if you want to upgrade.
The FSMA 204 Core solution will also enable you to:
- Capture required KDEs
- Share data with all your customers, even those who are not part of the Trace Exchange network (restrictions may apply)
- Easily generate your electronic sortable spreadsheet
