What if I stop supplying to a customer who required me to share my KDEs – can I get a refund for that Data Link?

Refunds will not be issued for Data Links that are not being used through the end of the billing cycle. Subscriptions are renewed annually and must be canceled 30 days or more prior to the subscription renewal date, which you can do by contacting us at cancellations@ifoodds.com or 209.879.5211, or by logging into your billing account on the enrollment portal and visiting your subscription page.
