[Analytics](https://info.ifoodds.com/kb-trace-exchange/general-faqs?hsLang=en#analytics) April 9, 2026 # Trace Navigator for finding events in your account ## Use the Trace Navigator to find your FSMA events in your account Customers can use the Trace Navigator to view the FSMA events in your account ### How to access the Trace Navigator Trace Navigator is a tool under the Analytics section of your iFoodDS Trace Exchange account.  Users with the Company Admin or Analytics user role can access the Analytics section on your account. 1. Log in to your account on the iFoodDS Customer Portal  https://app.ifoodds.com 2.
