Trace Exchange User Roles

Assign a role to the users in your Trace Exchange account to set access the user has to functionality in your account

You can specify the users' access to features and sections in your Trace Exchange account have based on the role assigned to the user.

Only users with the Account Admin role can create new users and assign user roles in your Trace Exchange account. Creation of new users and assignment of roles to user is done in the Admin Panel under the Users tab.

Available Roles to assign to users

Role Access
Account Admin Users with this role can access everything in the account: Admin Panel, Analytics, Data Management, Trace Exchange Data Capture App
Analytics Users with this role can access the reports and dashboards for the account
Developer Users with this role can access the Data Management section to set up and manage data capture into the account
Trace Exchange User Users with this role can access the Trace Exchange Data Capture app for manually inputting an event
