Trace Exchange Supplier Compliance Dashboard

The Supplier Compliance dashboard helps you track and trend the completeness of the traceability event data your suppliers are sharing with you in the Trace Exchange platform as you work with them towards regulatory compliance. This dashboard is available to customers with the Trace Exchange Enterprise product.

Trace Exchange: Supplier Compliance Summary Dashboard

Locate the Trace Exchange Supplier Compliance dashboard in the Analytics section when logged into your iFoodDS Trace Exchange Account. Use this dashboard to review which  suppliers are sharing shipping records with you and if those records align with the FSMA 204 requirements for Key Data Elements (KDEs). This dashboard helps identify overall completeness of the shipping events shared with you from your connected suppliers. You can also drill deeper into recent activity and event level completeness.

What is included in the Supplier Compliance Dashboard

Use the Supplier Compliance dashboard to analyze your supplier network and determine the following:

• Number of connected suppliers
• Percentage of shared shipping events that have complete KDEs
• Percentage of individual KDEs captured in shared events
• Number of connected suppliers that have shared all required data elements
• Percentage of events by FTL categories
• Top 10 suppliers sharing events
• Supplier activity in the last 30 days

Drill into shared events from the Supplier Summary Dashboard.

The FDA FSMA 204 rule dictates which KDEs must be captured and shared in a Shipping Event. From the Supplier Compliance Dashboard, click on a bar for a ship date in the Event Compliance chart to drill into the Shared Events Compliance dashboard and see details of the KDEs shared for specific reference document numbers. Compliance in the Trace Exchange is based on whether there is a value for all required KDEs in each event record.

How long does it take for Suppliers' shared shipping events to show in the Supplier Compliance Dashboard

It can take up to 60 minutes for a supplier's shipping events to be captured in the Supplier Compliance Dashboard from the time the supplier uploads the shipping events in their account. Also, your suppliers must be connected in Trace Exchange with your Trace Exchange account/network for their shipping events to be shared to you and visible in the Supplier Compliance Dashboard.
