Trace Exchange Analytics Event Compliance Dashboards

Description of the Trace Exchange Analytics Event compliance dashboards

Trace Exchange: Event Compliance Dashboards

The Trace Exchange Event Compliance Dashboards are located in the Analytics section when logged into your iFoodDS Trace Exchange Account. Use these dashboards to review if your Critical Tracking Events (CTEs) align with the FSMA 204 requirements for Key Data Elements (KDEs). These dashboards help identify if CTEs in your account have values for the KDEs as defined by FSMA 204.

What is included in the Event Compliance Dashboards

Use the event compliance dashboards to filter your data and determine the following:

  • Number of events
  • Percentage of events that are compliant based on filters
  • Percentage of individual KDEs captured in events
  • Percentage of events by FTL categories
  • Compliance of events over specified time period
  • Missing KDEs for specific reference document numbers

How is compliance determined

The FDA FSMA 204 rule dictates which key data elements must be captured. Compliance in the Trace Exchange is based on whether there is a value for all required KDEs in each event.
