      My SFTP Credentials

      How do I obtain the SFTP Credentials Needed to set-up a Direct SFTP of my data?

      In order to set-up a direct SFTP of my data you will need your SFTP credentials.  You can obtain that information by selecting the SFTP menu item in the Data Management app to view the SFTP credentials and/or to reset the SFTP password.

      Follow these steps:

      1. From the Data Management screen select (click on) the configure integration icon
      2. The SFTP Connection screen will show you your SFTP URL and User Name.   To obtain your SFTP password, select the Reset Password button.
                                                               
      3. This will reset your SFTP password and display the new password.   This is the only time you will see this password so be sure to write down the password and keep it in a safe location.
