How do I obtain the SFTP Credentials Needed to set-up a Direct SFTP of my data?
In order to set-up a direct SFTP of my data you will need the SFTP credentials. You can obtain that information by configuring a SFTP integration or if a SFTP integration has already been configured you can select that integration to view the SFTP credentials and/or to reset the SFTP password.
Follow these steps:
- From the Data Management screen select (click on) the configure integration icon.
- The Configure Integration screen will show you any current integrations you already have configured or if you need to configure an integration you can select (click on) the add integration button.
- At the conclusion of adding an integration the credentials will be displayed on the screen.
- If you already have a configuration configured you can double click on the integration and the credentials will be displayed.
- If you don't know the password for the credentials you can select the Reset Password option and a new password will be created and displayed.
