# How to View Your Supplier Network Engagement

### Overview

The **Supplier Network Engagement Dashboard** helps you understand supplier coverage, Trace Exchange participation, connection activity, and engagement opportunities across your supplier list.

**This feature is available to Enterprise subscriptions only.**

 Accessing the Supplier Network Engagement Dashboard

1. Log in to your account on the iFoodDS Customer Portal.
2. Open **Networks** from the left navigation.
3. Select **Supplier Network Engagement Dashboard**.

### Understanding the Supplier Network Engagement Snapshot

The snapshot provides a point-in-time view of your supplier list and Trace Exchange participation.

- **Total Supplier Network Count:** Total number of suppliers on your provided supplier list.
- **Suppliers with Active Trace Exchange Account:** Suppliers on your list that currently have an active Trace Exchange account.
- **Connected to You in Trace Exchange:** Suppliers on your list that are connected to your network.
- **Actively Sharing Records:** Connected suppliers that have recently shared records with you.
- **Supplier Engagement Opportunity:** Suppliers on your list that do not currently have an active Trace Exchange account.

Select **View suppliers** from any metric to open **Your Supplier Network** with the applicable filters already selected.

### **Trace Exchange Engagement Journey**

The **Trace Exchange Engagement Journey** shows how suppliers move from your full supplier list to active Trace Exchange participation.

It includes:

- Total Supplier Network
- Suppliers with Active Trace Exchange Account
- Connected to You in Trace Exchange
- Actively Sharing Records
- Supplier Engagement Opportunity

Each row shows the supplier count, percentage of your supplier list, and progress.

### Supplier Engagement Opportunity Breakdown

This section shows which supplier groups make up your Supplier Engagement Opportunity.

- **Prior Trace Exchange Account:** Suppliers that previously had a Trace Exchange account but do not currently have an active account.
- **No Trace Exchange Account:** Suppliers that do not currently have a Trace Exchange account.
- **Trace Exchange Free Trial:** Suppliers currently participating through a Trace Exchange free trial.

### Viewing Your Suppliers

Select **View suppliers** from the dashboard to open **Your Supplier Network** and review the suppliers behind the selected metric.

The page includes supplier-level information such as:

- Supplier
- Status
- Records Last 30 Days
- TraceApproved™
- Vendor ID

Dashboard links automatically apply **On my Supplier List** so the suppliers displayed match the population used by the dashboard metric.

### Filtering Your Supplier Network

Use the available filters to narrow the supplier list.

**Status**

- Connected to You
- Review Connection Request
- Able to Connect
- Trace Exchange Free Trial
- Prior Trace Exchange Account
- No Trace Exchange Account

**Records Last 30 Days**

- Any Record Status
- Sharing Records
- No Records Shared

**Supplier List**

- All Suppliers
- On my Supplier List
- Not on my Supplier List

You can also search for a supplier by name.

Select **Clear filters** to remove applied filters.

### Updating Your Supplier List

If your supplier list needs to be updated, send your updated list to **[supplierlists@ifoodds.com](mailto:supplierlists@ifoodds.com)** using the standard supplier list template.

The iFoodDS Business Operations team will load the changes and may contact you with follow-up questions.

 Additional Notes

Dashboard metrics represent your supplier network at the time the data was pulled. Counts may vary based on supplier status, connection status, and available Trace Exchange activity.

Your Supplier Network may include suppliers that are connected to your organization but are **not on your provided supplier list**. Because of this, the total number of suppliers visible on the supplier page may differ from the counts shown on the Supplier Network Engagement Dashboard.
