How to View Shared Records from a Connected Supplier

Steps to View Records Shared by a Supplier

1. From the Trading Partner Suppliers page, locate the Records (Last 30 Days) column.

2. Click the link showing the number of records (e.g., 0 Records Shared, 4,550 Records Shared).
   

   Note: This link is clickable even when the count is 0, as long as the partner is connected.

3. You’ll be taken to the Shared Events page.
   
   

The page will automatically filter to:

• The selected Supplier

• The Last 30 Days as the date range

This allows for seamless record review without manually reapplying filters.
