Overview:
In Trace Exchange, you can manage how Suppliers connect with your network, upload and edit your company logo, and define the content of your Customer Connection Card, all within the Settings tab of your iFoodDS Admin Portal.
How to Access the Settings Tab
The Settings tab allows Admin users to configure network visibility and branding preferences for your organization.

Log in to your account on the iFoodDS Customer Portal

Navigate to the Admin Panel tab on the left-hand menu.

Click on Settings at the bottom of the navigation panel.

Network Connections: Set How Suppliers Connect to You
Under Network Connections, you can choose whether your TEX Network is public or private.

Private: Your profile is not visible to others in the Trace Exchange from the Customer Connection Page.

Public: Your profile is visible and searchable by Suppliers from the Customer Connection Page.
Note: To make your network public, a company logo must be uploaded.
Steps:

In the Network Visibility dropdown, select either Public or Private.

Private is selected by default.

Click Save to update your connection preferences.

The Save button will be greyed out until a change is made.
Note: To save your network as public, a company logo must be uploaded.

Uploading and Managing Your Company Logo
Uploading a company logo is required for your organization to appear on the Customer Connection Page.
Steps:

Scroll to the Logo Upload section within Settings.

Click Upload Logo to select a file from your computer.

,.PNG
,.WEBP

Maximum file size: 1MB

A preview of your uploaded logo will appear below
Note: You may replace or update your logo at any time using this upload field.
Editing Your Customer Connection Card
Your Customer Connection Card is what suppliers will see on the Customers Connection Page
Steps:

Under the Customer Connection Card section (within Settings), enter:

A Description of your company (max 250 characters)

An optional URL to your website

Once filled out, your card will display a Preview showing your logo, company name, and description.

Click Save to publish your Customer Connection Card.
* Your customer connection card content can be updated at any time and is self-managed by your team.*
