How to Export from the Shared Events Table
Overview
The Shared Events table allows you to view shipping events that have been shared with your organization by connected suppliers. You can export this data to a CSV file for external analysis, reporting, or record-keeping.
Exports reflect exactly what is visible in the Shared Events table at the time of download, including any filters applied.
Exporting Shared Events to CSV

Navigate to the Shared Events page in Trace Exchange

Apply any desired filters:

Trading Partner
-
Date Range
-
PO Number
-
-
Click the Export button

- Navigate to the Downloads page

- Find your file and download

Export Behavior and Data Included

Includes all columns currently displayed in the Shared Events grid

Respects all active filters applied to the table
-
Mirrors the export logic used in Trace Navigator

Contains only shipping events visible in the Shared Events table
Shared Events Data Source
Shared Events data appears only when all of the following are true:

A supplier is connected to your organization in Trace Exchange

The supplier creates a shipping record using the Trace Exchange Shipping app
Only shipping events that meet these conditions will appear in the Shared Events table and be included in the CSV export.
The following data will not appear in the Shared Events table and will not be included in the export:

Shipping events created or transmitted via APIs, CSV or SFTP

Any shipping data that has not been shared with your organization
