[Analytics](https://info.ifoodds.com/kb-trace-exchange/general-faqs?hsLang=en#analytics) December 9, 2025 # How to Access Trace Navigator and generate a FDA Sortable Spreadsheet ## Use Trace Navigator to find your Shipping and Receiving records and generate a FDA Sortable Spreadsheet For customers with a Trace Exchange Core or Trace Exchange Enterprise solution, use the Trace Navigator to filter for your Shipping and Receiving events and generate a FDA Spreadsheet. ### How to access the Trace Navigator Trace Navigator is a tool under the Analytics section of your iFoodDS Trace Exchange account.  Users with the Company Admin or Analytics user role can access the Analytics section on your account. *NOTE: Not all of the Trace Exchange products include the FDA Spreadsheet generation and download. Specifically, the Data Link Supplier product does not include the FDA Spreadsheet functionality as described in Steps 6-8 below.* 1. Log in to your account on the iFoodDS Customer Portal  https://app.ifoodds.com 2. On the results table, click between the Shipping and Receiving tabs to see the events based on event type. Specifically, the Data Link Supplier product does not include the FDA Spreadsheet functionality as described in Steps 6-8.* 6\. Click the FDA Spreadsheet link on the results table, upper right hand corner, to generate a FDA Spreadsheet of the results in the table. Click on the green Download Page button on the Toast Notification or on the Trace Navigator title bar to go to the Download page with all the available FDA Spreadsheet you can download.   8\. We are also working to add more search filters to help you find your events.  The download of the FDA Spreadsheet currently includes tabs for all events.
