If you are currently enrolled in a Supplier Data Link subscription but need to share data with more than one customer, upgrading to Trace Exchange Core is the right choice for your business.

Get Started - Enroll in Trace Exchange Core:
- Visit the Trace Exchange Core page and provide a few details.
- Click "Proceed to Checkout"
- Login to the same billing account you used when you enrolled in Data Link. You'll see a notification at the top of the page with a link to login.
- Note - the login credentials will likely be different from your Trace Exchange Data Link account login.
- If you don't remember your login credentials, you can request a password reset or create a new account with a different email address.
- Complete the checkout form
- Be sure to enter your upgrade promo code before clicking the "Place Order" button. You can enter it at the top of the checkout page.
- Note - if you don't already have an upgrade promo code, contact our Enrollment Team at 209.879.5211 or traceexchangeenrollment@ifoodds.com.
- Your Trace Exchange Core account will be activated within several business days. Your account settings will remain the same and your data will be saved.
- Once your account has been upgraded, we'll cancel your Data Link subscription.

FAQs
- If I need to share data with more than one customer, can I just buy another Data Link?
- No. Each company can only have one Data Link subscription. You will need to upgrade to Trace Exchange Core to share data with more than one customer, and enable your organization to become fully FSMA 204 compliant.
- Will I get a refund for my Data Link subscription?
- No. We aren't able to refund subscriptions mid-term but will provide you with a promo code to save $300 off your Trace Exchange Core subscription.
