How can I see the product subscriptions on my account?

You can see your product subscriptions for your Trace Exchange account in the Subscription tab in the Admin Panel.

Accessing the Subscriptions Tab

1. Log into your iFoodDS Trace Exchange account as a Company Admin
2. Go to the Admin Section
3. You will see the Subscription tab on the Left Nav in the Admin Section
4. Click the Subscriptions tab on the left nav to open the Subscription Page
5. You will see a list of your product subscriptions in individual product subscription cards on the page
6. There is a link to the billing portal, accessed by clicking the green Billing Login button on the page

What is visible on a Product Subscription card:

The following information on a product subscription will show on the product subscription card:

• Product Name: the name of the product subscription
• Terms: the terms of the product subscription (such as Annual)
• Product Code: the product code for the product subscription
• Order Date: the date the product subscription was ordered
