How can I remove a supplier from my network in Trace Exchange?

You can remove an existing supplier connection directly from the Your Supplier Network page in Trace Exchange. Note: If your network has EDI enabled, you will not be able to remove the supplier using this feature.

Remove a supplier from your network

  1. Navigate to Your Supplier Network in Trace Exchange.
  2. Locate the supplier you want to remove.
  3. Select the three-dot menu on the right side of the supplier row.
  4. Select Remove from My Network.
  5. A confirmation window will appear. Select Remove from Network to confirm.
  6. Once the supplier has been removed, a confirmation message will appear and the supplier will no longer be connected to your network.

EDI-enabled networks

If your network is configured as EDI enabled, suppliers cannot be removed using this feature.
