For customers who are already creating an event as part of your normal work activity, such as a ASN (Shipping Record), you can authorize that partner to share those events with your Trace Exchange account.
iFoodDS is actively engaging with companies to partner with the Trace Exchange platform to share event records on behalf of their customers. Doing so will prevent the need to duplicate efforts on the Trace Exchange Platform.
Within the Data Management Partner Marketplace area of Trace Exchange you can see all of the companies who are already members of the iFoodDS Partner Program. In the Partner Marketplace, you can authorize an iFoodDS partner to share your event records into your Trace Exchange account, you can see which partner(s) you have authorized and you can let us know if you use a company who isn't currently part of the iFoodDS Partner program.
From the main Trace Exchange menu, select Data Management, found in the upper left corner.
This will take you into the Data Management menu. From select Partner Marketplace.
This will bring up a screen that displays the partners who are participating in the Partner Program.
As this is a new program, the number of partners listed will grow over time. Once a partner becomes part of the program you will see the partner listed with a "Coming Soon" banner.
If you want to be notified once the partner integration is fully available you can select "Learn More" where you can share your email address.
If you don't see a Partner you are doing business with, you can select "Send Request" which will allow you to fill out a short form with the information about the partner. iFoodDS will contact that partner, on your behalf, to encourage them to participate in the Partner Program.
