As a Data Link customer, you can share your shipping KDEs with as many customers as you have paid Data Links for; however, those customers must be members of our Trace Exchange network.
You will need one Data Link for each customer you want to share shipping KDEs with, and can purchase a new Data Link through our Enrollment Portal.
If you need to share shipping KDEs with multiple customers, it may be more cost-effective to upgrade to the FSMA 204 Core solution, which allows you to share KDEs with an unlimited number of participating customers.
